Chandrayaan-3 is the successor of the Chandrayaan-2 mission, which crashed into the lunar surface in September 2019

New ISRO Misson Going to Start

The main goal of the mission is to successfully showcase a secure and controlled landing on the lunar surface for the Vikram lander of the mission.

The primary objective of the propulsion module is to transport the mission to its designated lunar orbit once the launch vehicle has successfully completed the injection phase.

The second modification involves the introduction of additional fuel to Vikram in order to enhance its capabilities for long stay at moon surface

Launching Of Chandrayaan 3

Chandrayaan-3 is composed of a lander and rover configuration, which will be transported to a lunar orbit of 100 kilometers by means of a propulsion module.
